Can't login: Try your email address as the username. Otherwise, try setting a new password by clicking the My Account tab and selecting Change Password from the list at left. NEW FEATURE for all new registrations and password changes -- a confirmation email will be sent to you and you must activate your registration.

Refresh the page or clear your cache. If you've changed your password or tried logging in several times to no avail, try this.

Product won't be entered on the cart: If you have not completed all the information requested in a textbox, a red bar will appear at the top of your screen alerting you to items that are missing. Required items are indicated by a red asterisk.

Try a different browser: Sometimes Edge works better than Chrome.

If checkout is not accepting your credit card:

1) Ensure that the billing address matches that of the credit card.
2) Do not use spaces or hyphens in the account number.
3) The cards we accept are Master Card, Visa, and Discover.
4) Some accounts have a per day limit, so check with your bank if a transaction does not go through. 
5) "Card code" is the 3-digit number on the back of your credit card.
